I had my makeup done by Svetlana at Rejuvena Laser and Aesthetic Clinic and it was a really great experience. I have had the joy of being a client of Dr Nick and Lana’s for 2 years and have benefited enormously from their expertise, knowledge and love for skin care and treatments. I was nervous but need not have been. The laser was not painful, and the soothing serum reduced the post treatment heat Also I had blemishes that were removed leaving my skin smooth. At the moment my face is red, like sunburn but I know by tomorrow that will fade. The aftercare has been thoroughly explained so I don’t have any concerns. I came across Rejuvena while searching for providers of Zo Health products. Initially, I had no intention of seeking treatment with them, as I already consult a dermatologist in Cambridge. When they contacted me via WhatsApp, they provided information about the products but began encouraging me to consider treatments. Lana persuaded me to pay for a consultation with the clinic's doctor to recommend the appropriate products even though I mentioned I already had a doctor who recommended me Zo Health Products. I initially considered (I was on holiday, in a rush) it but decided to rely on my own doctor’s recommendations, as I had an upcoming appointment, and declined their offer. Later, I became interested in Morpheus 8, a treatment requiring multiple sessions, and thought it would be convenient to have it done locally in Bedford. However, as I always do before allowing any professional to perform treatments on my face, I checked the General Medical Council (GMC) register to verify the doctor’s credentials and I didn't find anything about this Dr Nick. This step is especially important to me after seeing a BBC report about fake diplomas being used by individuals posing as doctors and causing harm to patients. Out of curiosity, I inquired about the pricing for Morpheus 8, which was quite high, and asked if they had January sales, as some other clinics do. I was still willing to pay the full price if the doctor had the qualifications they claimed. I then asked for Dr Nick’s full name, then I deleted as she wouldn't understand why I was asking, and decided to ask for his GMC registration details to verify his credentials. At this point, the tone of the conversation changed dramatically. I received a cold response stating they were not interested in having a patient who chose a doctor based on discounts and they only wanted loyal patients. What the clinic didn’t know is that I have been a client of Dr David Jack, one of the most highly regarded and expensive plastic surgeons and dermatologists in the UK. Despite this, they suddenly shut the door on me, made me feel uncomfortable, and ignored my request for Dr Nick’s GMC registration. This raised concerns about whether the doctor is genuine. I suspect most of these positive reviews are fake as they only have 1 negative review, which replied very defensively. They could be creating a number of fake accounts to create their own reviews, or even asking friends and family or even artificial intelligence. I urge others to exercise caution and verify the credentials of anyone offering medical or cosmetic treatments. This experience has left me highly concerned.

I've had filler dissolving and massater Botox with Dr nick, both of which I was very nervous about but they have both gone perfectly. Far better than experiences I've had elsewhere. Not only is Dr Nick a doctor first and foremost, he also sincerely cares about his patients and their results. I was quite nervous about aesthetics until I had a consultation with Nick & Lana. They immediately put me at ease with their warm personalities & explained everything to me in detail. We devised a treatment plan, starting with RF skin tightening & IPL & will then move onto laser resurfacing & fillers. Three treatments in and already seeing a difference. I really look forward to my appointments as they are both such lovely people & we have a giggle. Their ethics are on point too which is hugely important in this field.
